Sweet Thotz (biz. reg. no. 53099063J) offers a wide variety of favors to our clients for different events such as weddings, baby showers, birthdays etc. These favors are painstakingly chosen from all over the world for those who wish to give out a unique token to their guests on their special days.
Where is Sweet Thotz located?
Sweet Thotz is an online favors store located in Singapore. We do not have a retail shopfront as we believe that this will incur more costs to our daily operations which we will have to pass on to our customers. If you wish to view any of our products, please feel free to contact us to fix an appointment with us.
How long has Sweet Thotz been established?
We have been established since 2009 and our clientele includes individuals, wedding planners as well as corporate entities such as Mediacorp, NuSkin Enterprises, Zhonghua Alumni etc.
What are Sweet Thotz' operating hours?
We are available from Mondays to Saturdays, from 1pm to 9pm.

How do I place an order?
You may wish to place an order using the online order form found on our website or drop us an email at info@sweet-thotz.com.
How many days in advance do I have to order?
There are different lead times required depending on the items, please refer to the individual pages for information. In general, to avoid disappointment, please give us at least 3 to 4 weeks' advance notice, as most of our favors are imported from overseas.
What is the minimum quantity required for each item?
The minimum quantity required for each item varies, please refer to the individual pages for information.
Do we have to pay any deposit?
Yes, in order for us to secure any items for you, we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit from you upon confirmation of order. For all personalized items, full payment is required in advance.
What is the currency used?
All prices quoted on our website are in Singapore Dollars.
Are there any hidden costs?
No, we do not charge GST & there are no other hidden costs.

We will send you an email to confirm your order within 3 working days.
About Delivery / Self-Collection
Do you offer free delivery?
Yes, we offer free delivery to one location in Singapore for orders above S$300, except for locations like Tuas, Jurong Island & Sentosa Island. For orders below S$300, we will charge a nominal fee of S$15 if you choose to have us deliver your order to your doorstep.
Do you ship internationally?
We are sorry we are unable to ship our products to other countries at this moment. We hope to be able to provide this service in the near future.
Do you deliver on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays?
Yes, we deliver on Mondays to Sundays, including Public Holidays. Prior arrangement needs to be made for specific delivery timings.
Where can I collect my order if I choose to self-collect?
Self collection can be arranged at Yishun. Details will be provided upon confirmation of orders. We do not offer meet ups at MRT stations at this point in time.
How do I make payment?
You may make payment by bank transfer within 3 working days upon receipt of our invoice. Details will be provided upon confirmation of orders. If no deposit/payment is received within the time stipulated, we reserve the right to release any reservation of items made.
What is Sweet Thotz' Refund & Exchange Policy?
All items delivered are non-refundable or exchangeable. Any defects or error have to be notified to us within 3 days upon receipt of order.
What is Sweet Thotz' Cancellation Policy?
All purchases made are subjected to the following cancellation charges:
Upon confirmation of order - 50% of total purchase (100% if personalization is involved)
2 weeks before delivery - 75% of total purchase
1 week before delivery - 100% of total purchase
Sweet Thotz reserves the right to refuse any refund made at its sole discretion.
